In the early 1900's, the warehouse we now call home manufactured tin cans. Our space was the boiler room for the factory.
In 2007, we moved into the space on the corner of 3rd and 22nd streets, which had been Monice's Chinese cafeteria for the previous two decades. A talented crew of local crafts people started peeling back the layers of the past 100 years. Serpentine rock was found throughout the foundation and our name was born.
Our distinct menus are inspired by closely collaborating with local farms, ranches and artisans.
Partnering with quality purveyors is not only good for our global community, but their products just taste better.
Our bar features thoughtful selections sourced from boutique wineries, craft brewers and small batch distilleries.
